Located on Main St, in downtown Fairborn, our commercial kitchen incubator is designed to meet the needs of small businesses. Our members have the space and resources to focus on their products and customers to make their dreams a reality.

Event Space
Spark an occasion.
Whether it is a corporate event or the best birthday party a child could ask for, Spark Fairborn can be the place you congregate.
Our versatile space can fit any need and is perfect for large gatherings or small groups. Parties and larger corporate events take place in our main space, but we also offer conference room and seminar spaces for smaller groups. Coworking, board meetings, and interviewing are just a few of the ways our space can be utilized.
Space Pricing
Daily Rate for each space tops out at 8 hours. Spaces rented for 8 hours or more in a single day pay that maximum daily rate.
Classroom Space
Share the Spark You Have.
Spark Fairborn has the space you need to share your knowledge and experience with others. We have special classroom rates for small cooking and culinary workshops and hands on creative instruction. We can also accommodate a variety of business and professional trainings and certification classes.
While Culinary classes are the most common, and we are able to provide some tools and materials for these, if your business has other ways to express your creativity we have the space where you can share it with others.
