Food and alcohol policy, parking, and access to the building
We host food businesses in the back who would love to supply your event. We do allow outside food. Fairborn has lots of great local options so be sure to check those out! Alcohol can be served on a BYOB basis. The sale of alcohol is not permitted on our premise.
We offer free parking in our lot behind the building which can be accessed from Miller Avenue and N 3rd Street.
The building’s main doors will be unlocked remotely at the time of your event unless instructed otherwise. We do allow a free hour prior to the event for setting up, so if you would prefer that, let us know.
